finish breathing out. pause.
it’s the taste of death we’re gifted with.
we are born and die with every breath
Areol acrobatics tomorrow.
i never make it.
i know what i am.
les us not stare into things we would not become.
let us realize the only fights are internal.
rinsing my body, my heart is cleaned.
the universe if perfumed with flowers.
actions of body speech and mind are calmed.
Walking on the Earth
is a miracle!
each mindful step
reveals the wonderous Dharmakaya
The mind can go in a thousand directions
but on this beautiful path, I walk in peace.
with each step, a gently wind blows
with each step, a flower blooms.
one single being, but there’s no blood.
one single caress, death or rose.
the sea comes and reunites our lives
and attacks and divides and sings alone
in night and day and man and creature
the essence: fire and cold: movement.
hold. breathe. der est nadda.
openess is clarity.
centerdness is focus.
“Only love,” said Rumi. “Only the holder the flag fits into,
and wind. No flag.”
dance in the stillness.
My life is not this steeply sloping hour,
in which you see me hurrying.
Much stands behind me: I stand before it like a tree:
I am only one of my many mouths
and at that, the one that will be still the soonest.
I am the rest between two notes,
which are somehow always in discord
because deaths note wants to climb over-
but in the dark interval, reconciled,
They stay here trembling.
And the song goes on, beautiful.
– Ranier Maria Rilke
सर्वेषां स्वस्ति भवतु । सर्वेषां शान्तिर्भवतु ।
सर्वेषां पूर्नं भवतु । सर्वेषां मड्गलं भवतु ॥
Sarveśām Svastir Bhavatu
Sarveśām Sāntir Bhavatu
Sarveśām Poornam Bhavatu
Sarveśām Mangalam Bhavatu
May good befall all,
May there be peace for all
May all be fit for perfection,
May all experience that which is auspicious.
